Ok, including all the special stangs...Saleen, Roush, ect. AND the Shelby. Whats the fastest mustang out? Obviously if it's one of the specials, it's the biggest stage, i.e. Saleen Stage 3, but who holds the crown.

06 Saleen 281S/C Vert; 06 V6 Pony Package vert; 67 GTA; 69 302 w/4 speed; 69 351 auto.
l have seen 9 sec new stnag GT at 1/4 mile on a video. if you are asking stock.. than the fastest one should be thoose supercharged saleens l believe.. then gt500
I don't know if its the fastest but it's the Mustang I would want the most. The Saleen s281 SC. Better looking than the K-Mart looking Stage 3 with the cheap stage 3 fake gas cap in the back and a course faster than the fat ass Shelby. If this offends someone than its just my honest feelings.
