I've found a great deal on a local used C&L CAI along with a Diablo Predator Sport Tuner. It was installed on a 2007 Mustang GT, and I have a 2006. It's been unmarried from the car, but I've read some forum posts regarding problems transferring the tuners from one vehicle to another. Bottom line is, will I be able to use this tuner on my 2006 without issues? If not, is it just a matter of being reprogrammed by a speed shop or getting different tunes via E-Mail? Is it possible at all? Thanks in advance for any help.

Depends on the model of the tuner. If it's a U7145 it will not work, if it's a U7140, CL7140, ST7140, VR7140, PC7140.
Models with a U in the beginning are generic tuners; the U7140 is only for 05-06, U7145 is for 07-08. The other models are special branded models but will work on all 05-08 Mustangs I believe...

I seen alot of people that made the mistake of buying a U7140 for their 2007's and the didn't work.
Turns out it was the U7145, so you saved me a ton of trouble. Just to avoid a problem I may just go with a Brenspeed package anyway. Thanks again!

I don't car so much about the Diablo, but for the CAI and Tuner they only wanted $250. I was hoping to get a deal, but I may be better off to buy from Brenspeed anyway as they're local to me and they tune for free when buying parts from them. Thanks again!
