thanks moose

it's not hard, but good preparation is key.

as the boost guru knows, i had time to practice
removing and replacing the cam followers while
i was waiting for the cams to arrive

Default Big money for the tools...

Where can you get the tools for less than Ford charges?

I can do my own cam replacment, but, the tools are pricey.

or go to the SPX Motorcraft website

Nice job hammy. I haven't done cams on anything but a 5.0, but I can't wait to tackle this job. Here's a big pat on the back from a fellow DIYer.
