I've never broken a steeda tensioner, but it has been broken before. I'm planning on gobs of boost next tax season, so I figured I'd go with the only tensioner that has NEVER been broken. As for the pulley, if you have a whipple HO, then you need to order the thump with the 90mm pulley. I originally bought mine with the 76mm (thump didn't have the cool website at the time) and it was too small, so I had to run down to the Ford dealer and buy a 90mm pulley, but it was only like 15 bucks.
