I have just recently installed the new FRPPcams into my 08 regency mustang. Not too hard. Took a little over 3 hours. Everything went great and it runs good. Nice little lope at idle. But I have a few concerns and maybe someone else has run into this problem. My exhaust smells horribly like the 02 sensors and the cats are not operating correctly. I did some tuning as far as spark timing, but with these new cams do I need to change the timing of the cams, retarding one tooth or advancing? Anything will help, trying to find a dyno near me.

Bama...eh. Can't really recommend them. Definitely try to find a dyno.
I have the Hot Rods and was having idle issues with tunes. People recommended Bama so I gave Doug a shot. He was a great at first. He'd send a tune and I'd load it, it wasn't right so I'd tell him then he'd send a new one. After a few tries he stopped sending tunes and emailing. It's been a few weeks and my car runs pretty good so I can drive it but doesn't run perfect.
A few other people told me about Doug giving up and stopping with responding. I've cut my loss since it was only one tune and now I'm gonna go with a dyno and do it right this time.
Sorry I can't help as far as tuning or anything but just letting you know to do it right the first time and don't waste your money with email tuning for major mods like cams.
Doug's tunes for the FRPP's never worked quite right for me either, I wouldn't worry with a mail order tune for cams, too many parameters to tune for. I just had it dyno tuned. Before the dyno tune the exhaust smell would CHOKE you! Now it just smells like an off-road pipe (even though I'm running cats).
I believe the overlap that gives you the nice lopey idle and power gain is going to cause "some" unburnt fuel to enter the exhaust system no matter how well it's tuned. Even after the dyno tune I had some idle issues that would crop up and then go away from time to time.
I removed my entire CAI this past weekend, cleaned the whole thing with MAF cleaner (including cleaning the MAF really well) and cleaned the TB really well with TB cleaner. Disconnected the battery for awhile and now it's running better than ever. The idle is more steady than it's ever been and the car is running GREAT!
