Yea I saw that post too. Originally I told them that I'd just deal with the holes in the hood. I'm actually in contact with someone who has a stock scoopless black hood that is willing to trade, so it might all just work out.

Also shane, here are some SuperShaker drive-bys. Huf is right, the whine must be incredible if you're standing outside the car.

As soon as i get my valve covers put back on i will try and make a drive by video. Those videos he posted dont lie.. the whine from outside the car sounds mean at wot. I let my father drive my car, i heard him go wot on the main road while i was sitting in his backyard. The main road was probably 1000 feet away maybe alittle more, and i heard the whine just as much as i heard my loud exhaust.

So the loud whine is just a supershaker thing? Not so much a Saleen S/C thing?

Ya'll see my hood...I wouldn't be going supershaker anyway.

Ya the loud whine is because of the opening in the supershaker. Without the supershaker the whine sounds pretty much like the whipple, it isnt bad at all.

Hey East I still have my stock black hood without the scoop...I'll sell it and you can pick it up if you want since you're close by. If not it'll probably end up at the scrap yard or trash or something soon.

Congrats man! You will love it, If there was one thing I dislike about the supershaker is there are a lot of hoses in the engine compartment now. But I still would do it again! It's bad ass!
