Default 4.6L Mod or Upgrade Stock?

I have an 08 GT with VQ-S2 Trim Supercharger Vortech and I am still mulling over build. I am going to replace the gears with 4.10 after I put in a Tremec 6 (so I can still run the highway too). My problem is that I can't settle with 10lbs. of boost. But, knowing that I can't bolt on more HP without throwing a rod - which is better v. cheaper, a crate performance engine or modifying the stock engine?

The best deal is the one who will stand behind the product and their work and be there for you if something unexpected occurs...
