What I'm scared of is getting a nasty sounding exhaust and wasting my money again. Magnaflows have a nice sound just not vocal enough at idle. Someone in our local mustang club has a '01 bullitt and it has 10 series flowmasters (single chambered) and it sounds absolutely aweful! Definitely don't want a system that will sound like that! Stealth should be able to chime in on that...lol
I think you'd be more than satisfied with either the boom tubes or the SLP Loudmouths. From everything that I've read I went with the boom tubes because the Loudmouths are pretty much the loudest out of all the aftermarket axlebacks, and I didn't want something so extremely loud. Also, from what I understand the Loudmouths are more raw and uncontrolled with crackling and popping, while the resonator in the boom tubes create a great muscular and throaty rumble. And, lol about that '01 bullitt, I know exactly what you're talking about.

Yeah, starting to turn away from the SLP LM system...Pypes Mid-Muffler sounds great with the o/r xpipe...I'm still searching, probably won't make a purchase until the end of this month. Definitely going to order the cams first though it the wife approves. I just want to be able to hear the cams at idle, with my Magnaflows it sounds like stock @ idle!

Will adding an o/r hpipe or xpipe help wakeup the sound of my exhaust with the Magnaflow Mufflers? Trying to decide if I want to spend $150 on midpipe and keep Magnaflows or throw $300 @ new axleback!

Try a QTP cut-out or two just for kicks.
Two different sounds at the flip of a switch.
