Weird Electical Issue

Just as I was about to hop in my car I noticed both key fobs stopped working, so I opened the door manually. Once started the DIC read low oil, low coolant and an error code of some sort. The power windows, power locks and headlights no longer turn on/work. Is this a common problem? Any ideas? Thanks Are these cars OBD2 or 3?

the S197's are OBD2 but you maybe in the wrong section what car r u talking about?

Define 'these cars'.....
If its an S197, your SJB is wet...
Search 'water leak' in the S197 section.

Im talking about my Sn197, I should really get around to changing my sig
I figured it might of been the junction box.

Well after removing the doorsill and kick panel I had a friend hose down the roof ditch moldings, side window weather strips, and windshield/cowl panel area. I must have spent a good twenty minutes looking for a water leak but I couldn’t find a single drop! What gives? Is the sjb the main cause of these electrical problems most of the time? Should I try pressurizing the vehicle?

Follow the TSBs and you will find the leak if there is one.
The SJB controls almost everything electrical except the window motors,
the Climate Control, the passive restraints, the PCM of course and
a few other things. If it gets wet and there is power on it, its soon toast
from galvanic corrosion.

The rear vents can be taped and the fresh air inlet open, highest
blower along with a squirt bottle of soapy water and the leaks will
appear like magic. I was in the car wash with the blower on high
and found mine by accident... Black plastic door/window trim passengers
side above the rear view mirror where the foam sealing strip had become
dislodged.

Well to make a long story short I gave it another shot today and came out with a leak! The leak from what I can see is coming from one of the two seams above the junction box. The top seam is leaking water every time I run water over top of the windshield shroud. It’s almost as if the weld that holds the two panels together underneath the shroud was poorly done. I’m not sure how I did this but at one point when I soaked the seam/shroud the water entered the car like a running tap, but I was unable to duplicate it. If my problem is the joint weld, what would be the best way to go about fixing it? I looked for the two vents in the trunk but couldn’t find them. Where exactly are they located?what do they look like? and how effective is the soap and water technique?
