The HO is a must. I cant wait to complete the package. I hate when i GUN IT AND NOTHING SPECIAL HAPPENS when the car is hot and the temp is up. It is a sick monster in the morning and evening. The IC will fix that.

The IC will make it more consistent overall. In the heat of summer however, don't expect a miracle. These engines run hot as hell, its still going to heatsoak, just not as quickly or to the same level.

I hear you. I need to get a heat extracting hood- i am set on the Techo sms hood. its 1600 before paint but it is one bad ass hood with excellent functionality. The ultimate goal is 475 rwhp. That should do the trick.

Reading this post is making me think now that maybe I should go for the HO version of the V3. It is ungoldy hot and humid here in south FL.

If you live anywhere south, I'd recommend the HO kit. Mine is a weekend car so I rarely drive it, but the past month it has been crazy hot here (like 100+) so my drives in the stang equate to driving miss daisy. I just put around for 30 minutes and put her back in the garage. I doubt the IC would make it that much more enjoyable to joyride when its over 100 though. At that point, its just too damn hot.
