Has anyone ever had their car damaged from NOT putting in a catch can or a breather setup? Honestly isn't the car designed to have some blowby in the first place?

Not saying this is a worthless "mod" but I have to wonder just how important this can be when the car was essentially designed to ingest some oil in the first place.

I'm a big believer in the catch can. Every car I've ever run with breathers has eventually returned to dousing my engine bay with a liberal coating of oil.

Nine we talked about it and I will get the catch can....200 bucks is pricey for the one I want but I want it done right the first time!
