I just purchased a used 2006 GT (automatic) less than a month ago. In the center console holding compartment, a panel appears to be missing. It's roughly a rectangle shape right behind the hand brake. I don't have a picture right now, but will do it tomorrow when it is light out. It's no real biggie but I'm just afraid I will manage to drop something down there when I'm in a hurry. I doubt it would be much fun to get something outta there :x
Some minor things were missing from the mustang when I purchased it, such as the seat release levers. At least that gave me an excuse to go chrome, right?
Thanks.

But I wanted super racing powers!! lol
Is there a place to get a replacement part or do I have to go ask a Ford Dealer? Knowing myself.. something is going to fall down there..
I'll sell you my rectangular shaped console cover with super racing powers for $5000.

Thats the hand brake adjustment access cover plate.
Dont stuff a rag into it as it will mess up the mechanisim...
The rear seat levers are very prone to breakage
if the are used on a regular basis...
