Auto transmission, I assume.

Did you remember to specify that now you have 4.10 gears in your SCT tuner? Your shifting pattern may be off due to the fact that now the speedometer is off and you probably have a speed-based shifting tune (Bama uses this method), unlike an rpm based tune.

Try changing that setting, or contacting your tuner.

It is easy to change... Plug the tuner into the OBDII port, and tell it to load the tune that you want. It will ask if you want to change optional parameters. Go into that menu and find where it says "Rear End Ratio" or something to that effect. Then change that to 4.10. Re-load the tune once the device updates itself and you're good to go.

It's pretty simple but I don't recall which prompts to get you there.

Default I thought I did do the refiguration properly

It scared the **** out of me so I haven't took the car out of the garage since but a short scoot to the store...I thought I was focused when I did try to scramble the new info into the new tune but,,,,,I'll try to punch the info again and see what happens.

even if it has to stay at where it is the combination of all the upgrades especially the tuner and 4.10s is a kick in the pants!!! fun, fun, fun! till my wife takes my pony away.....

Mahalo Guys,,,
