I've thought about this for a while, and the only thing i can come up with is maybe its your brakes. Years ago, i had an old camaro, any time i would drive through water or heavy rain, the brakes would act up. First, when i would tap the brakes, they would totally slip with the rotor sataurated with water, then the pads would slowly start gripping, on and off, making noises the whole time. Does your car make noises under braking, or just driving?

Hmmm.. I really have no idea on this one. Sorry man. How bad does it sound? If you are that worried then you might just have to take her in to the shop..
