Default Pypes mid muffler crazy rattling

Ok so i've had the pypes mid muffler setup on my car for 6 months now, and at first it was great with no annoying rattles etc, but i added kooks headers with catted X and now it looks like the over axle pipes are sagging down and hitting the panhard bar..

i had them re adjusted once and that eliminated the rattle for about 3 days and since then its been back just as bad as ever.

Is there anything I can do or am i going to have to get a new catback now? the car has no hangars at the midpipe because they apparently eliminated those in 09

You have to loosen the clamps and push up hard where the pipes connect while tightening the clamps. I'm talking about pushing up at the connection. I think there is a panhard bar brace that allows for more clearance.

It may be your passenger side rear hanger that is rubbing on the hanger bracket. Mine was doing that and it would rattle and chirp. I fixed it by grinding down the brackets and bending the metal hanger on the pipe.

Thanks moosestang, im almost 100% sure its the over axle pipe hitting the panhard bar on the passenger side now, the hangars all look good.

I just went and shoved a piece of foam between the pipe and panhard bar and went for a drive and the rattling is gone. Now I need to find a permanent solution lol.

I'm glad I found this. How do you like your mid muffler setup, besides the rattling? I think I'm going to order one in a few days. How's the sound with the stock headers and h-pipe? Thanks.
