It may be the law, but have you noticed how many people are running o/r h or x pipes? Lucky asses!!

I have dual 3 inch cut outs and they sound friggin' bad ass. They DO free up some nice hp despite what people may say. Throttle response is also noticable as well as better power all around.

I think most people don't like them because they sound really rough, like a dump truck or something. To me though, it sounds like a mean muscle car.

I have the stock H pipe, stock cats, JBA shorty headers and they sound ridiculously loud.

quit being such a pansy lol. i have no cats, dual cut outs, and my exhaust smells crazy. Im polluting the world so much yet I just passed inspection yesterday.

If you can, eliminate the cats and put the cutouts in. They wont give you any real hp but the sound is amazing to me. everyone loves it and wonders what kind of exhaust i have

Then your inspector just committed a felony. Not too smart.

Might not be worth risking a $4,500 fine, 30 days in jail, or both, for anyone that removes O.E. emissions equipment.

lol, I'd be willing to bet that you won't get 30 days in jail for an illegal exhaust... wtf?

my inspector didnt do anything wrong. These days its all computerized except for the gas pressure test. My computer tells their computer my cars perfectly fine. so he doesnt even know. So i will get a 4500 dollar fine? my buddy got a fix it ticket for having no cats. I see no fine or 30 days in jail. Buzz off cuz seriously no one is listening to you. Your "warning" is not gonna stop anyone from have no cats.
