Damn that one really shakes. I have one that came on my sherrod mustang and i dont think it really shakes much, even when you get on it. That car on the video must have been on steroids cuz for one mine does not shake like that at all. That was awesome. But then again i never pay attention to the shaker.

This should be added as an appearance mod, it just looks cool.
I do get a slight amount of extra cool airflow into my CAI filter, but there is no real HP gains either.
Depends on which shaker you add. lol...add the Saleen Super Shaker, and the sound changes.... notice:

Haha =x

Yeah, I don't think the one on our 07 shakes as much but to be perfectly honest, when you're really getting on it you're attention isn't on the shaker so it's hard to say without doing a video. I can tell you that just comparing hitting the throttles while sitting still, the Mach shaker moves a little more than the 07 but nowhere near as much as it did in that video at the track. Obviously, the forces from the act of putting the power down do cause the engine, and thus the shaker, to move more. I'd also expect the 07 motor mounts are probably a bit stiffer too, if for no other reason than the comparative age of the cars.

Now you got me wanting to do that eventually. I wonder if the position of the hole in the hood is the same from the CDC to the Super or if I'd have to get another hood and cut another hole.

Not the hood but the scoop.
It will shake more as the hydro engine mounts get weak and old...

My 05 GT is an automatic and it moves like the first video when you stand on it like that.

I might add some hydraulics actuators to my Roush Scoop to make it shake at will....

Now that's something I'd like to see. Something tells me you'd have just a liiittttllle bit of trouble though, doing that with a scoop that's attached to the hood...
