i had seen a few posts before i got my car about people having trouble when filling up there car it will only take x amount of gas and wont fill up anymore. Ive had my car for over a year and i never had a problem until i went to fill up this past time the car took 7 gallons(normally take 10 or so) and it wouldn't fill up n e more i tired starting the car then trying to put some gas in it, still wouldn't fill up, tried playing with the nozzle pulling it out a little pushing it further in and still wouldn't take n e more, does anyone know how to possible correct this problem? the only thing i could think of is that its either the filler neck or that its not letting any pressure out when its filling up. Not really sure what else it could be, i no longer have my warranty so taking it to a dealership is pretty much outta the question lol any help would be great.

also i forgot to add i drove around 5 miles and hit the next gas station and i played with it for about 15-20 mins of stop n go and finally got a full tank of gas.
There are multiple TSB's for this in the sticky in the main (2005-2010) forum. The problem is due to the design of the tank and the TSB still doesn't always resolve it.
Try turning the pump handle anywhere from 45 degrees to 180 degrees (upside and looks dumb), insert the pump only partway into the fill tube, keep the flow rate as slow as possible or any combination of these.

As above. Also try a different pump at the same station. When you find a good one, use it regularly.

As above. Also try a different pump at the same station. When you find a good one, use it regularly.

im def gonna give it a try because i always use this one pump there and the other day was the 1st time i used a different one, wether it really matters or not i dunno but i wouldnt hurt goin back to the old pump i used to use
