Default Installed Tri-ax shifter

Just installed my tri-ax shifter I bought from a forum member. What a pain in the ass compared to a fox body T-5! I reused the stock rubber boot by cutting out the bottom of the rubber insulating boot, put some dyna mat in there and the thing is as quiet as a stocker!! I was worried with all of the comments that the hurst and steeda are noisy. I don't even notice any more vibration either. So happy with the install. 100% more positive shifts.

Kinda the same thing I did. I made sure to dynamat everything in the trans tunnel and I re-used the rubber boot. I even put a bit of dynamat on the tips of the stop bolts to rid it of any metal clank while shifting. I love it!
