Default Going forged need help

Umm I recently bought a saleen SC and wanted to take it one step forward. I wanted to know what kit is the best for forged internals?

Also I seen you can make it a stroker/forged would that be much more power then just forged internals?

Thank you

If you're going to stick to 4.6L then the FRPP block. M-6009-A463SC is a great unit. If you decide stroker then I've had great experiences DSS race engines.

Yes a stroker will make more power because you're increasing the cubic inches. More volume to burn more gas/air.

Check out Livernois Motorsports.

Time to get your search engine fired up! There's alot of choices and opinions out there.

I think a stroker has more cons than pros especially since our motors respond so well to forced induction with stock stroke.

I wish I could tell you how my motor responds to FI but the build came out to much more than I expected so I will have to wait a while to get a s/c. I had my stock block bored 20 over and stroked so I've got a 302 stroker now. But since I lowered my compression my hp is roughly the same as the stock motor but i've got over 300 torque now which is nice. If I were to do it again, I'd stay stock stroke so that you keep your hp in the higher rpms.

stay with the 4.6L for pure bragging rights, Ohh what my little old 4.6L beat your 6.2L? awe whaaaa, But yeah anyways. Stay with the 4.6L its cheaper and the saleen unit can bring you to 600hp with some long tubes and forged short block of course. maybe some blow cams, that thing will turn out nice!!!

GL with your adventure ahead! Your choice, do some research dont take anyone elses word its all opinion to a certain extent.
