I know Kennys fact section says it won't and if it they try it contact the EPA,FTC or SEMA,but thats alot of red tape to go though while your car sits, did you talk to your dealer or Ford on this?
Federal law sets forth requirements for warranties and contains a number of provisions to prevent vehicle manufacturers, dealers and others from unjustly denying warranty coverage. With regard to aftermarket parts, the spirit of the law is that warranty coverage cannot be denied simply because such parts are present on the vehicle, or have been used(see Attachment A).The warranty coverage can be denied only if the aftermarket part caused the malfunction or damage for which warranty coverage is sought. Disputes in this area usually boil down to arguments over facts and technical opinions, rather than arguments over interpretations of the law.
I think after reading this I will be waiting till my warrenty runs out,if something goes wrong on Ford's end it could turn out to be a battle on who's right and who's wrong.
Not putting KB down or anything but I would not rather set my self up for any probloms or legal battels with the warrenty just for some extra horses,I can wait.

I have no doubt that I would be getting the cold shoulder from Ford the second they popped the hood but I haven't had any run-ins yet. Personally, the only reason that I got this car was to have fun with it. I am finally at a point in my life (no more SUV's and familymobiles) where I could get something that I could be proud of. I'm not going to let the warranty hold me back from the mods and upgrades that I want to install. The way that I look at it, as long as I do good research, plan my upgrades properly and purchase quality parts to install, I shouldn't have too many problems with the car to begin with. One example is just the timeline for when I installed the supercharger. I had to have all the suspension upgrades completed, subframes HAD to be installed, better motor mounts and the transmission tuned (which Kenne Bell did). You could call it preventive maintenance and it is still no guarantee against something breaking, but I feel that I am at least minimizing the chances of something poping up. The biggest issue is the fact that I don't think I will ever be done. As long as someone keeps making aftermarket parts, I will probably keep buying. She will never be complete.

Vortech has the spark plug gapper for $40. Part number TL0286-1. Not sure who else has them but I got this tip from Evolution Performance where I bought new spark plugs.

It's cool,I see were your coming from,me I have Mr.Murphy following me around.
Besides if the engine does go and Ford puts up a fight that just gives you a reason to get a bigger one,I am shure somewere some rich 16 year old boy had daddy get him a new cobra and he trashed it the same day.
I'm still planning everything i'm going to do but i'm trying to setup my car for more handling orientated sooo, how much front end weight did that blower add?

Fred told me the same thing. Before I got the plugs, he had to convince me that I needed the tool. I really thought I could do fine without some $40 tool. Once I saw the plugs, I was glad I took his advice and got the tool. KB recommends regapping even the colder HT0 to 0.035". The stock gap on the new plug is 0.044" so they definitely need to be re-gapped. Here is a picture of the tool and how it works. Screw the plug into this device. Then you turn the set screw in to push down on the ground bar. It wasn't the easiest process. The ground bar will spring back out a little after you take tension off. If you go too far, it is tough to pull the ground bar back out without damaging the electrode. I didn't really like the way the tip of the set screw is rounded. It pushes in in the center of the ground bar so it is more "U" shaped. Personally, I will grind down the tip of that set screw to make it flat so that it is pushing on more of the ground bar. -Joe

Just FYI, yes regapping your plugs is advised. But you don't need to spend $40 on a piece of drilled and tapped round bar to do it.
It can be done with a 9/16 deep socket, a kotter pin, and a bench vise. Works like a champ.
