You might want to look into the Nexus gauges by autometer. I was bent on cobalt as well until I saw the nexus gauges. Just an FYI....here is a link... http://www.autometer.com/cat_gaugeop.aspx?sid=42 Offers more features and has a digital Wideband A/F ratio gauge as well.

Nice ride!
Is that the Autometer wide band A/F meter on your dash?
I'm trying to get a cobalt, but Summit and Jegs don't have it in yet.

Anyone thinking about a KB 2.6L supercharger for their 08, beware. The install instructions are written for an 05. KB does include a supplemental instruction page with their Kit that does help. Important changes in the 08 not covered in their manual is color coding of the mass air flow sensorwiring. Also, If you have HID lighting, the intake tube is not going to fit. Finally, the stock bolts are too long forthe KBcoolant crossovertube and will bottom out. Of course these are minor issues andanyone who is mechanically inclined can resolve them during the install. But after the PITA install, and go for the 1st test drive you realize it was well worth it.Great kit.

I forgot to mention I installed my supercharger in January of 08, maybe these issues have been addressed since then.

I originally installed the non intercooled version and just upgraded to the 9psi intercooled version. Can runs very good but my intercooler system is a little noisy. I here a urr every once in awhile . I pulled the pump fuse and the noise goes away so I am sure its coming from the intercooler install. Not sure if its the pump or a harmonic off the new coolers I installed with the kit. Is this normal? Coolant is circulating btw.

You cant hear my intercooler pump unless you go over by it and listen.
I am using a Ford Lightning Bosch pump, but it was the same way with the KB - Johnson pump. Maybe you have air in the system?
