Any suggestions on how to remove the air?

Let your car idle with the cap off of the intercooler reservoir for about ten minutes. When I do it, I squeeze the heater hoses that run in/out of the reservoir and heat exchanger. That helps to get the air forced out and water moving in to the lines. The pumps get noisy when they are only pushing air. Once you work the air out add some Lucas Oils Water Wetter and close it up. You can test drive and check it again if needed.

There were more parts not shown but you get the picture. Took 40 Hours for me and a buddy to install. Whew.

Gutted

She's pretty ugly with her makeup off.

Biggest part of the install was relocating the existing parts. Everthing from wiring harnesses, intakes, cooling lines, fuse box.... The list seemed to never end. There was a total of about 400 steps from start to finish.

The intake had to be relocated in the fenderwell next to the headlight. Had to do some cutting for this part. She gets nothing but fresh air now.

Finally done. I can't believe that this was the same engine a few days before.
You will be having lots and lots of problems

I have noticed that the pictures of the installs have a right angle adaptor coming out of the drivers side valve cover . I have my demister on the line and would like to find one to help my hose not bend so much. Any suggestions on where to get one.

I also have had not issues at all with my install, Can runs perfect over the past year

I really like the Kenne Bell kit, I have been looking at one myself. However, I cannot get past one thing, I don't like how it looks. The hose at the front is a big thing for me, it just looks so half-assed. Does anyone make a different intake that connects to the KB that removes that huge plastic intake and dryer hose. The numbers are not that far off from the Saleen, but the Saleen looks so much cleaner same for the vortech's or just about any other kit. I know the Kenne Bell has much more potential, but I really don't see me going much above a 500 hp DD, so I don't really need a kit that goes to some crazy 800 hp. But I still cannot beat the price on the KB. So again I ask, does anyone make a different intake set up for the KB?

Contact Spankin Time Motorsports in San Bernardino. If you go to KB's website and read the tech articles you will see an example of one of the intake he made.

Any really good exhaust or fabricating shop could make one made out of metal if you wanted them to.
