I could chirp my 285 rear tires in 2nd with the factory tune and air box but the car bogs down just a bit and I can rarely chirp 2nd with the 93 race tune and barely with the 87 perf tune. Other than that I can tell the car runs better and the lack of throttle lag is great but I'm thinking I may be running a bit rich?
My milage also drops from 17 city to 14 going from the 87 tune to the 93 also. I send Doug an email and haven't heard back yet but I would like to hear what you guys think. By the way it is an 06 manual tranny with the SCT tune and cold air package and I have the stock 3:55 gears and 285 40 18 perellii p-zero nero's out back..........Oh yea, I hit 2nd at about 3500 rpm's and nail the gas pedal

Bad tune mine rips through1st and 2nd!!! As far as gas mileage...........welcome to the club.

yeah, i had the same problem...as soon as i got the "MPG increasing tune" my foot seemed to get a lot heavier. now i have 335HP to the wheels and i actually get 23MPG if i leave it in 5th

I may ask?? I bought a Tuneable Induction CIA and SCT tunes from brenspeed
but have yet to install them. Waiting for the weather to break which hopefully is
in a couple of days.

something is def wrong, cuz i have dougs tune, with 3.31's and always chirp second, but that is redline-ing first, are you doing that or shifting to 2nd at 3500?

thank you. i got them from Ford Racing through Discount Tire. I believe they are 18x9's, thats the only size ford has so i couldnt stagger them...wrapped in BFG g-force T/A KDW2 275/35/18's

I hit 2nd at about 3500, you guys are at 6000 when youshift 2nd for a chirp?

Yeah I think it would be a lot harder to do it at 3500....
