Default Random misfires CMP sensor?

Ok heres the deal. This all started out as what i thought to be the fuel pump TSB but after trying a GT500 fuel pump and than just putting a brand new stock pump on the problem was still there, which was hesitation after a long highway cruise. Now the problem has progressed to throwing random misfire codes every once and awhile, and what seems to me to be a loss in low end torque. I tried MAF cleaner and just took it for a drive and no codes but the power loss still seems to be there. Anyone have similar situation codes were p0300 p0304 p0306 and p0340 the last is a new one and its got something to do with the CMP (Camshaft Position Sensor)sensor A circuit malfunction, I'm pretty sure this might be causing it but where do I go from now do I just buy a new one and replace it or is the a way I can test it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A test of the entire circuit must be conducted. You musta make sure there is proper voltage and continuity before replacing the cam sensor, you also should check the crank sensor.
