I was looking into getting a nitrous kit installed on my 07 GT thats at 300rwhp/315rwtq...
Thinking about a 100 or 125 shot with a window switch, professional installed with a tune. About how much would i put down after this? Can the stock motor handle this if tuned correctly or am i just asking for trouble?
Thanks Any help is apprecitated!

You should have no problems with nitrous on a 100HP shot. I have the Zex kit set at 100HP with window switch HT0 plugs and a custom tune. My car put down 387HP/440TQ at the wheels on a Dynojet thru an auto. If you have a stick make sure you get a window switch for safety. I'm running E85 so I have 39# injectors and GT500 fuel pumps will be going for the 175HP shot soon. On the 100shot it dropped my 0-60 time from 4.3sec N/A to 3.5sec. timed on a Gtech. I've set my window switch on at 3000rpm/ off at 6000rpm the nitrous hits very smoothly with no wheel spin. Running Nitto DR 305/40/18.
I was told by Brenspeed that you are fine on a stock engine with stock plugs at 100 shot, 125 shot needs different plugs. Installing the ZEX kit is very easy and you should be able to do yourself if you have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
^^+1 100 shot is good for stock motors. Colder plugs is a must. The set up im looking at is just over 1k and that includes everything + some extra goodies.
Look at dynotune nitrous and Harris speed works. Great companies but are more famous in the GM world. Im running dynotune nitrous and love it. Best part both kits are around $400.
how many 100 shots can you do tho before it puts alot of stress on everything? is there a certain amount
REALLY?!
27.
if you spray your engine more then 27 times, it will pop like a fat pimple on your ass.
Please do MORE research before using nitrous if your seriously asking question's like some of you guys are.
A nitrous kit can be installed in about 2 hours. or it can take a hole weekend if your hiding wires and such.
It is way to easy to pay someone to do it, unless you enjoy pissing money away.
high octane gas, get your little hand held tuner's to drop the timing 2-4* and you will be fine. Put the car on the dyno to watch the air/fuel and you can play when the jetting. as in lower the fuel jet if its to rich, or put in a bigger nitrous jet. (dont mess with jet's to much if your not sure what your doing)
