Default Paxton / Vortech Owners - Have you seen/used this?

I just found this "Power Pipe" on Anderson Ford Motorsports website. It looks like they make one for paxton/vortech intercooled and non-intercooled 05-09 mustangs.

They claim up to 3 psi jump in boost. I can see how it would definately flow more air then the stock unit thats for sure.

I think I would buy it on looks alone, it looks way better then crappy plastic intake that comes with the kit.

I sent off an email to see if it can be used with the Paxton MAF housing/filter or if you have to buy AFM's MAF housing, meter & filter.

Just the pipe and air filter are around $260 where they get you is that they designed it to work with the DBX-85 MAF senser set up so it totals up to about $670 ( I am looking at the NOVI 2200 setup). The DBX series is pretty interesting, its fully programable as to voltage output/injector size combinations with their free software. They said it will all fit under the stock hood with no problems. Your blow off valves also have to be re-routed to ambient air instead of back into the supercharger intake.

I should point out that the DBS is also a blow through design...you can barely see it in the picture but the DBS is located on the discharge side of the supercharger so I am guessing some cutting/fitting of pipes are involved.

I realize I'm reviving a dinosaur here, but....
Has anyone used Anderson's Power Pipe? Or have any tangible thoughts on it? Most specifically experience with the Power Pipe and a Vortech/Paxton.

I was looking at BrenSpeed's V3 kit, but I really like the look of Anderson's and their kit is only slightly more costly....

You can build your own for much cheaper.

thats a pretty good deal considering how much the pipe is by itself..

looks good too.. pretty sure it'll flow alot better than the vortech arm.
