Default error codes dealer flash help

so i just got back form the dealer my cruise control was not working along wiht a few other problems. i have a cai and brenspeed tune on my 07 gt, i did not think to return the car back to stock form before bringing it down to be looked at bad idea. anyway the car is running like **** and i see on my service form they reprogramed the pcm with the latest calibration for cruise control so i figured that was the problem i called brenspeed and they are in the process of sending me a new tune. my problem is now the car is showing error codes p0171 and p0174 system to lean. i put my stock intake back on and the codes are still there does anyone know if this could just be caused from the reprogramed pcm and the new brenspeed tune should fix it or could it be a different problem?

Its from the reprogram, you need to contact brenspeed and tell them that happened, they will most likely ask for you new PCM strategy.
