Default Help with SCT tuner

I just received my updates from Bamachips and was curious if there is a way to save my exisiting tunes before replacing them with the new one. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have an XCAL2.

Thanks.

I don't believe there is, it holds 3 and they get over written once the SCT is full.

I should have been more specific, sorry. I was wondering if there is a way to remove my old tunes and save them on my computer before installing the new tunes. The updated tunes come in an email, and I have to transfer them to my home computer, then to the SCT. Was wondering if the reverse could be done with the old ones as opposed to just writing over them when installing the new ones?

No I don't think you can back up the SCT, I have looked but did not find anything. Have you tried calling SCT? There might be a way to back them up, I am just not aware of any way to do that.

I had Bama email my tunes to me also, so that way you always have a soft copy on your computer that you can upload back into the SCT. I believe Doug keeps a copy of all customer's tunes, so even if you got your SCT preloaded from him he can email you the files.
