HELP !!!!!AFTER ACCIDENT REPAIR

ok, MY CAR JUST GOT small accident on the hight way when i hit another car(actually highway racing,damn mitsubish ralliart running slow than me), and after i got my car back from the body shop, it has some stranger noise after i turn on my CD.. its like when some one try to texting u or calling u, and the speaker will came out some noise, then u phone ring....kind of annoying.cuz my speaker doesnt do that before the accident. it doesnt happen all the time, usually happens when the car is stop.
