Default Vibration in the rear

I've recently purchased an 01 svt cobra. The car has a new motor with less than 500 mi. on it. The car has 64000 mi. on it, a new clutch, frame connectors, upgrade cam throttle body injectors. I've put on new tires and had them balanced. At speeds of 80+ mph there is a vibration coming from the back end of the car. The vibration is more noticeable during deceleration. I seem to feel it more in the shifter than in the gear or anywhere else. Any thoughts of what the problem might be or how to fix it?

Was the vibration there before the new tires? If not, it's probably the tires. If it WAS there before the tires, are you lowered? You may need to check your pinion angle.
