Well, I have not solved the TPS issue yet but the fuel trim levels, now after being tuned, have dropped to 3-6%. Gained 30RWHP after being tuned by HP Tuners software. Still trying to figure out the TPS though.
The TPS being 77% is normal. It's been confirmed by several people using an aeroforce gauge. Not sure how 157db is reading TPS position, but i'm sure yours is operating normally.

Boost or Buell, decisions, decisions.
whipple HO SC,FRPP springs, Pypes mid mufflers, hurst, 4.10's, J&M extreme joint lca's, adj. UCA, relo bracets, 1 piece DS, spec stg 2 clutch. Accel coils 12.52@117.6mph so far with a 2.01 60 ft time(pre shaft, coils, clutch).
TPS readings are in fact normal. HP Tuners software shows it as a % open but thats not actually what the reading is. Talked with Bill over at HP Tuners about this a few times, and it's more of just a position setting that Ford programed into the pcm... It's been a while but it may have even been degree's from full closed
