If money is not an option how are you going to purchase these upgrades??
If money is no object then people might be able to help
There goes that 4-letter word again... "best". Someone best stick a sharp object in my eye... Or would that be "What's the best stick to stick in my eye?"
Depending on what you want to do, best (god, I HATE that word... ) can be a whole lot of things. I suggest you post a more defined question in the S197 Handling Section.
I went with the Roush springs, Koni adjustable shocks/struts, Edelbrock strut tower brace and Toyo T1R summer tires on my convertible. Best I could come up with for street use on a modest budget.
they have the option for in car electronically adjustable on the fly controls of compression and rebound of the struts and shocks. Combine that with the BMR k-member/a-arms and a good pan hard bar, set of RLCA and a RUCA with relocation brackets and front bump steer kit, and you'll have the same system that we run on the Ford Racing Drift Race 2005 Mustang.

We have a great deal this month on BMR, TEIN, Maximum Motorsports, and ATI procharger this month.
oh, ty, u know the reason i ask for better handling was my struts denied after i try to drifting with an automatic. i know i m not suppose to do that with an automatic tranny, but i did it, and the only unlucky thing i got was the front struts denied(so basic one of my front tire looks like "/",not "|", so i go ask ford dealer and they saids its not the alignment problem, but my front struts was denied,so they charge me 700$ to replace a new structs), i just wonder if there is anything to avoid that happen again, and i also want my car have much better handling during curve.. so plz help, if there are anything u feel confused or misunderstood, ask me, and i will tell u more specific. btw. i dont want use more than 3k spend on this if it doesnt effect very much..
If I were doing a suspension mod, I would run tokico d-specs, steeda ultralite springs, steeda billet lower control arms, relocation brackets and an adjustable panhard bar for starters. Your car would be completely different.
