There is a Saleen blower for sale. All it includes is the "head unit" the heat exchanger and an intercooler pump.
I would add, injectors, spark plugs, CAI, sct, belt, pulley. I have an 07 GT, will the 2007 coolant kit that Brenspeed sells give me all the necesary hoses and piping? Or will I be faced with a challenge to piece together a ton of other small hoses etc.
Any help from the Saleen guys would be aprreciated.

You could get the used blower and then ugrade to Brenspeed staged kit which would include everything you would need. This would complete your kit and include our tuning and support.
