Default passing smog

If I have a tune, will I still be able to pass smog with it? If not can I put the stock tune and leave the intake on until I pass the test? Thanks

Ask your tuner. Most quality tuners will be able to set the tune up properly. Ask them first, and make sure you have cleared the p1000 code before you go in. Also ask your tuner if they masked the p1000 code because they it will look like its cleared, but you will fail smog.

You may need an "emission friendly" tune as its common for the tunes to cause a 'not ready' reading. Check with your tuner.

I wouldn't drive it with the intake on and the stock tune. Honestly the intake takes like 5 minutes to swap out anyway. Just do that maybe...

Maybe. It will probably run very poorly too. I wouldn't do it. The 05+ are picky as hell for the tune on the maf and any minor air flow changes will cause trouble.
