Default 5.4 block w/ 4.6 heads?

2007 Mustang GT 4.6 Hellion turbo kit 62mm turbo 39 lb injectors dual cobra fuel pumps

I am looking into purchasing a built 5.4 block and turning up my boost! Could I use my 4.6 heads with this and still gain considerable power? I make 500rwhp the way the car sits now with stock motor and hellion turbo kit. Not very knowledable when it comes to building motors. Chime in and educate me please!!

I was looking at the blocks at MMR.. Is the intake necessary to get it flowing right? Curious what it wold do with the stock intake manifold on my 4.6.
