I am taking my 06 GT to a local shop that claims they have a good track record with removing the stock plugs. They want to do a fuel injector service before removing the plugs, which they claim will help them come out easier, seems like BS to me. They also have the extractor tool just in case.
I have read on here that everyone is replacing their stock plugs with one piece Champions. The technician I talked to claimed that they replace them with a motorcraft oem one piece plug ( I guess from the 2009 + models). So my main question is why does everyone on here use the champions? The technician said he only uses champions in Chrysler vehicles.

my tuner told me that champions were crap. he prefers Ford Racing one piece, which are pricey or the Autolite's. I personally have the autolites and no problems.

That's the plan. The only thing that sucks is I have a dentist apointment in the morning. Hopefully all the numbing sh1t wears off quick so I don't look like a retard drooling on myself.
If you're not crazy about the Motorcraft plugs, buy your own and have them install them. Should reduce their price by the cost of the Motorcraft plugs.
The injector cleaning sounds like BS to me. How many miles on the Stang? I've never had a professional injector cleaning in all my years and cars with injectors that topped over 200,000 miles. But I do run a fuel system cleaner (Techron) about every oil change or 10,000 miles.
I believe you will find that Motorcrap plugs, Ford Racing and Autolite all 2 piece plugs. The only 1 piece plugs are Brisk and Champion. I have been running the Champions for over 20K miles and the car runs GREAT. Just be aware! Oh, you cannot use the 1 piece plugs from the '09 motors in motors that came with the HT plugs.
