Default NO TCS BUTTON ON DASH

GOT A "07 GT CONV. WITH NO TCS BUTTON- TRACTION CONTROL STAYS ON
ALL THE TIME -HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS? I"D LIKE TO TURN THE TIRES
ONCE IN A WHILE!

i have an 07 not convet but i have one. What button is to the right of the power plug on the dash?

I would think if you don't have the button then you don't have traction control.

What happens when you try to do a burnout/clutch dump? When traction control is "kicking in" there's a light in the gauges that looks like a car w/ skid marks that flashes. If you never see that, then you don't have traction control.

It should be. power plug then to the right, tcs button, emergency flasher button and then right side airbag button. I have no buttons on left side of power plug.

Did you purchase car new? If not any chance it was a rental? You could get a new tune via brenspeed or other tuner and they can turn off your tcs in the tune itself.

you can get the buttons from ford for like $30. Just go to dealer and pick them up

Ok then in that case they must have messed up at the factory and put the wrong button set in. It's dealer time now.

If you remove your whole climate control unit..is the plug for the tcs there?

Damn, that sucks man. Not only do you not have a TCS button to turn off traction control, but you're also missing the damn Caps lock button to turn caps off. Talk about having some bad luck.

All joking aside, it is pretty odd. I'd go the route of having it taken out with a tune.
