The Ford service manual indicates that yes, you should, now, I've only done a couple of camshafts works myself (don't do mechanic work, only in my car) but I don't see why you couldn't, but I may be wrong.

I read the instructions I guessed that I would screw it up some how. I'm probably going to bring it down to AED in Cameron Park and have them do it the day before i do the 100 oct. 15-16 psi. I'm hoping to be around 600 rwhp with that combo.
