I want a blow off valve so loud, it pierces ear drums and dogs go mad when I am near..

I'd rather hear the sound of the blower over the bov. Although I did have the "horn" on my bov for awhile.
With a blow-through setup for a centri, you can do that. Otherwise you'll need a closed system and route the blow-by back to the inlet ahead of the blower. (Has nothing to with how you're intercooled, but more of where the maf is located.)

rofl.. that'll be a great gag for the track lol

I always thought about hooking up a whistle to the intake tract, so everytime I got on it there would be a LOUD whistle!
