Default Dyno tune vs brenspeed

Alright I have a C&L race intake, Steeda Delete plates, Detroit Rocker cams, LT's, and an o/r x pipe. Any reason to spend the money on a dyno tune Vs the Brenspeed one they sent me?

Only if about an extra 5 or so RWHP is that meaningful to you, and that's assuming your current custom tune is pretty close. If you have a canned tune (you didn't mention who's tune you have), then even the Brenspeed tune would be a bigger bang. Most often, Brenspeed and AM tunes are pretty darn close to a dyno tune. But if you hit the track, those few extra ponies are worth it.

Did you purchase everything from Brenspeed? Or did you already have some things installed from another vendor?

Default Not your standard cam

First things first you have a custom grind cam from Brenspeed and the tune from Brenspeed I have the same cams and tune for my 2006GT 5speed.
I have had 0 issues I would not allow someone else to tune this set up just because it's a custom grind. If I bought say Blow By Blow racing custom grind I would stick with the tune they provided or have them do the dyno.
Now you live in Flordia home to SCT and Steeda if your set on this idea this is a good starting point or drive to the Mid West and have Brenspeed do it.
It's not a off the shelf cam and I would seek Brenspeeds opinion on this to be on the safe side not to say no one else can't tune this cam profile I would be on the safe side and make a call. They may have a option for U that will be closer to home.
