It is now a little better but still not the same on the low end. It's an Automatic and im still running stock gears. So I'm thinking this is the next mod on the list.
Gears would be a great way to get your low-end back.
What were you thinking? I'd go with 4.10s if you are looking for the best low-end oomph. You won't lose too much on the highway, but I know down in Texas, that's all you guys have. If you are worried about fuel mileage, go with 3.73s.

I'm still debating on 4.10s or 3.73s. I was initially looking at the 3.73s for a little better gas mileage on the highways, but now I'm looking a lot more at the 4.10s just because I lose more low end than I thought I would. Thanks for your help Chris.

No problemo, my pleasure!

Yes, 4.10s are definitely the best choice for off the line performance and you don't lose too much MPG with them. If you were to go with a 4.30 or similar gear, that is when you would lose highway drive-ability and mpg. With the 4.10s, the loss won't be all that noticeable.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if I may be of assistance in the future! Have a great night!
