Its getting horrible gas mileage, seems to run rich, but no code for that at the moment.
The alternator was replaced about a year ago, that's why I haven't really dove into thinking that's the problem.
Thanks again Moose
Well it's probably a long shot, but since you've just about replaced everything, I would try removing the under drive pulleys. I came across this post when searching for misfire solutions. It's seems the pulleys can cause a misfire. I'm not a big fan of under drive pulleys.

I did the ripple test and everything is good, as well as the starter and battery. It did read that cyl 8 injector was malfunctioning, evven though I replaced all of them, maybe got a bad one? So I picked up another injector today and ill throw it on in the am. We will go from there I guess. Thanks for letting me know about that ripple test, I'm sure it will come in handy with one of our other cars

Default 05 Mustang misfire

ive had my mustang for almost 2 years and a year ago it started giving me a P0300 random misfire code. since then ive had a p0304, p0305 p0300 codes show up. (also other codes but i think they are because of the misfire) over the course of a year I have had all my o2 sensors replaced, all spark plugs, the coil pack and wires replaced. Ive also had the computer checked and still the misfire comes back. Im tired of paying money for someone to play around in my car and still not fix the issue. Could anyone maybe point me in the right direction so maybe I can mention it to a mechanic, if there is another solution to be found?

Thanks
