got my Detroit Rockers installed......and little to no lope.could it be the tune or exhaust set up?I have catted x pipe with shorty headers,and Pypes violator mufflers.
I have the Detroit Rockers in my 07 gt and I have the same problem. It has more lope than stock but not as much as I was expecting. I have longtube headers and h pipe with high flow cats and its loud but the lope doesnt seem as much as I thought it would be. When I first had them installed and drove the car to work the first time, the guys I work with came out to listen to my car and they could not tell much of a difference in the sound.
07 Mustang Gt, 5- speed. Eibach Sportline Springs, 20" American Racing Wheels, 3.55 gears, Hurst Shifter, Detroit Rocker Cams, C&L Racer Cold Air Intake. Pypes Longtube Headers with H-pipe and High Flow Converters, Mac Axlebacks, Brenspeed Tuned.
I was gonna get the Detroit Rockers supercharger grind soon...for when I eventually go FI...so what's the deal? They don't have any lope? I listened to them on You Tube. I also called Brenspeed and asked questions. I could have sworn I came up with the reasoning that they were a nice happy med between stock cams and FRPP Hot Rods as far as lope and sound. Is that not true? Heading to You Tube now....Damn it...

You could be mid 10s with that trap with the right setup. My car was trapping around 128, going mid 10s and around 135 for consistent 10.0s. Vid is a little old and before present rebuild. Transmission was a 4r70w with transbrake. Sold it to a mate. The first night he went to the track with his 4r (and some other changes), he dropped from mid 11s to 10.3 ET. The new build includes a 2 speed powerglide.
I feel you have a low 10 second car, if you are willing to trade speed for loss of comfort and utility.
Holy consistent runs Batman! You claim that your car is no longer streetable, so have all the interior creature comforts that are shown in the video been removed to shed weight or do you like to listen to the radio and have cold AC at the track?
