New MP1900 Magnacharger for our cars!

I don't see this kit ever going into actual production, anyway. Kind of odd announcing a new performance addon for an engine and platform that is currently being phased out by a new one.
Same thing happened with my Suzuki. They changed the engine on newer models and then immediately discontinued the car (Aerio SX). You can find some performance parts for the 2.0l engine, but nothing for the 2.2l later engine.
And Stealth is just another schmuck in these forums, man. Not a sales rep for Magnuson. He does have a good taste in cars, though...

lol the heck?...
I am confident that Magnacharger will be releasing these kits sometime this summer.
Why for the S197's? I believe that it's because there are still a lot of loyal customers for that generations GT. It's not like they're losing money on the 5.0 or anything, since they already have one in development as well.
Nothing wrong with the R2300, but if the 1900 is just as potent.. why not?
I'd be happy with the proposed 450whp they are offering..

Hey Stealth I am just about right there at the 450 mark with the little ole 112 Eaton. 397 a Mustang dyno and 440-450 on a Dynojet. Kurt was telling me that with the Stage 2 blower cams should put me right at 430-445 on the Mustang dyno. I do like the idea of having TVS rotors though...

Honestly, it was between the V3 and the Magnacharger M112 when I first was interested in supercharging my GT. They were perfect for my budget, but the $3899 was a steal for the V3 non-intercooled.. little did I know about their damned winter warning.. DOH! lulz
I would have been very happy with the Magnacharger, thinking about it again. Those things make gobs of power and plenty reliable. I was chatting on another forum site about those for a bit and the ones that own them, swear by them
