Based on that info:
Don't burn out for too long.
If you get a little squirly at the top end be patient and careful.
Start around 20 PSI and get used to the tires. Go down from there. A little bit of tire spin with these tires is okay.

I don't get how the ET Streets are any different than the ET drag, other than the ET Streets have those lines down the side. I thought they were of the same compound??
I hope these tires are still okay.. they were labeled "Racing tire" and I bought them without question...

You have an extra set of wheels that you will be swapping back and forth?
I prefer the bias ply to the radial at the track. They last longer, need less burnout and are more forgiving.

+1 on simple simon. But with that said I drop my bias ply's to 13psi, and check them again before every run, dump the clutch at 4500rpm and hold on!
