Okay guys, everyone seems to have a favorite supercharger for different reasons. My question is, which has the coolest sound?

What do you guys think is the best sounding whine, scream, howl from a supercharger?

Is it the M90 because it whines when wound tight because it's small?

Is it the KB because it's just big and nasty sounding?

Is it a centi unit?

Not talking power at all. Only criteria is the baddest sounding supercharger. Open to all brands, types. What do you guys think? Which is the best sound and why?

After hearing my GT500 with the pullied Eaton on a dyno...has a great whine...a great sound pitch that carrys well outside the engine compartment...

I love mine, not sure its the best but it suits my needs perfectly. Video is the very first trip down the track after install.

808 - I love the sound of your car. I have been thinking that the M90 with the VMP 500HP Kit is the way I will go. The onlything that seems to sound better than the M90 to me is the KB's, but they are really way too much for a stock bottom end motor.

The video leaves a lot to be desired but the sound of the car coming towards me is pretty nice.

This car sounds great! Which supercharger and which exhaust on this?

GT500 Eaton on a 4.6l and the Pypes Super System. The exhaust is not real loud just nice beefy sound oh yeh a Magnaflow X pipe.

The Magnuson Magnachargers have a crazy loud whine to them...they are based after the Eaton Blowers....youtube Magnacharger Mustang and listen to some of the Dyno vids...

I checked on the Magnuson. They do sound great. Only problem is that they only make them for the 05-08. They do not have a kit for the 2010.

I also noticed (on Youtube videos), that the cars with Vortechs do not have any supercharger sound at all. They haul a$$ but they do not any whine at least that I can hear on the videos. Is this really the case with Vortechs?
