Default Throttle Body/SF3 issues

So here's my problem...I have an 07 GT, 5-speed manual, no engine mods. I recently bought an SCT tuner and was running a strategy tune on 91 octane, everything worked great.

Then I bought an MMR tb on craigslist, it was cheap so I thought I'd just see what it did. I put it on..I didn't know about adjusting the tps voltage but it seemed to run ok anyway. After a short drive I came back and loaded the same strategy tune.. the idle was rough and around 650, and the gas didn't do anything. Changing the tune back to stock didn't do anything.

I went to put the stock tb back on but I dropped it and the plastic plug thing on the top broke. So i bought a new stock one on ebay.

Anyway, it came, I put it on, drove around, everything was like normal. I came back, ran the tune.. it's doing the same thing again. Low idle, giving it gas doesn't do anything. I bought a new tps and put it on, nothing. I checked the voltage and it's low, around .44 - .64.

My last resort is taking it to Ford, meh.. I just don't understand why it messes up after tuning, and I thought surely replacing the tps would work. Any ideas?

Were any wires pinched during the installation process? Are the clips secured on the plugs? Have you rechecked and cleaned all the contacts for both plugs? Did you disconnect any hoses? Were there any other changes that you made to the car?

If you reload the stock tune and its acting up, the problem is most likely in whatever you changed, ie: throttlebody. Replacing the stock TB and still having an issue is interesting.

Try disconnecting the battery for 15-20 minutes and then reconnect it. Are there any codes with this issue? Your SCT can pull codes. Also a datalog on the MAF voltage may be useful if you can get the car moving.

Yes, everything you mentioned checks out ok, and I made no other changes to the car.

I'm getting codes
P2104 Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Idle and
P2112 Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Closed

Everything was fine before I tuned it, and the only setting I changed in the tune settings was the octane. I'm going to try disconnecting the battery now and let it sit for a bit.
