Default Best manual trans fluid??

Im about to hit 35k and wanted to do my trans fluid, I know a lot of you guys use royal purple, but im not a big fan after some bad experiences. I usually use mobil 1 synthetic products so I was wondering what other good trans fluids people have been using in our 5 speeds? What gives the best protection?

Probably not a big difference with ATF fluids. I would stay with full synthetic though. Myself, I am using AMSOIL and it works great.

Royal purple synchromax! Why put automatic transmission fluid in a manual transmission? Put in something that was designed for it. Your transmission will run cooler. Cooler is better.

You can go on the Amsoil website and enter your vehicle info. The site will provide all of their products which are applicable to the various apllications.

If you decide to order from them, it pays to open a "Preferred Customer" account. I order for the Stang, yard equipment and boat and usually save more than the annual membership fee on each order. Amsoil is pricey but they're high quality products.
