Things that go wrong with our cars!

This link was shown to me by a fellow forum member JCON and it tells us about all the problems people run into when building our cars. Has anyone else run into these problems? discuss!
SO will the bottom end of a 4.6 3v be able to handle the power of all my N/A mods to come? (heads, cams, intake mani, throttle, intake, headers, full exhaust, tune) when should we start worrying and do forged internals? (maybe im just paranoid)
PS why doesnt ford sell the aluminator block anymore?

U will be fine. 450 is a safe number and that's at the wheel not the crank. I know guys going 480 to a bit over 500 on stock and do fine. It's all about the tune man that's it.
I have been over 450 for about a year now with no concerns or comments other than brenspeed does a great job tuning

There are several threads about common issues on our 4.6 3v blocks. You can bolt all of that stuff on and you aren't going to hit 450hp. I would estimate with all of those bolt-ons you will get to 360rwhp or so.
Run good fluids and get a good tune. Brenspeed or Tillman if you want a mail order tune. Otherwise the best is going to a dyno shop and running it.
